ILE PERROT
Ile Perrot
Ile Perrot is 40 km west of downtown Montreal which is a 40 minute drive to downtown Montreal.
Ile Perrot includes 4 communities of French and English speaking languages. The territory of the Ile Perrot Island is divided into 4 municipalities:
1. Ville de l'Īle Perrot
2. Pincourt
3. Terrasse-Vaudreuil
4. Notre-Dame de l'Īle Perrot
The total population of the island is approximately 32,000. With its cultivated grounds and its wooded areas, it is at the same time rural and urban, but especially and increasingly urban with the construction of new homes on the island of Ile-Perrot.Many construction projects of new buildings and new houses are currently being developed.
At the present time on the Island, there are 5 French primary schools and 2 English primary schools. It is an ideal place for young families to find and purchase new home construction at affordable rates.
On the touristic point of view, the municipality, with the historic site of the Pointe du Moulin, attracts and welcomes many visitors.
